So, Jada’s pregnancy came as a really huge blow to Eric.
Even though Eric liked Jada, he certainly didn’t erase his feelings for his ex-wife, Nicole. Just when they confessed their feelings, Eric had to face another blow. However, the real question is: Will Eric be willing to leave Nicole for the unborn? Fans know that Eric has always wanted to have kids. In the recent Days of Our Lives winter preview, fans might have seen how Eric supported Jada and asked Nicole to mind her business. Looks like Eric will eventually decide to be with Jada and will suppress his feelings for Nicole – at least for now! Eric has always wanted kids, and when he finally is having one, he might not want to choose between his kid and lover. It will be quite obvious for Eric to choose his unborn.
However, one thing to consider over here is – Jada. Jada is a new character, and she was basically put together with Eric out of nowhere. So, will the writers really take a chance to pair Eric with Jada because of a kid? Well, chances are low. So, this whole pregnancy looks like some kind of a storyline that is put in to make Eric’s storyline a bit more interesting. Once the need is over, the kid might go. As in, there are chances that Jada might face a miscarriage during her pregnancy.
Earlier also, Eric lost his kid with Sarah. So, this might become another chance of him losing his child. That could tear Eric and Jada apart by grief. This might be the time when Eric might want to get back with Nicole. But by then, Nicole might also end up with someone else. The preview video already showed Nicole with EJ in bed.
