Days of Our Lives has had its fair share of exits in recent times. It even endured a lot of other changes during its move from being telecasted on NBC to being streamed online on Peacock. However, now it seems fans can rejoice over some REALLY exciting returns! Many fans were heartbroken when the super couple Bo and Hope Brady got separated. Ciara’s exit, too, broke a few hearts. But that’s all about to change as Bo, Hope, and Ciara return home! And another new face, Aketra Sevillian, also joins the cast!
Bo And Hope Brady Re-unite On Days Of Our Lives
In a recent Day of Days event, actors, Kristian Alfonso and Peter Reckell, declared on video that they are indeed returning to Salem on Days of Our Lives. Peter revealed that he and Kristan are at the studio, recording something really special. Meanwhile, Kristan thanked fans for the love and support they have always shown them. For the uninitiated, earlier on DOOL, Bo was presumed dead after he chose to use the “return safely to earth” pass to save Hope and send her home.
However, on Days of Our Lives spin off, Beyond Salem, things changed. Bo won another lease at life when Megan managed to bring him to life. However, she has been keeping him captive ever since. Meanwhile, Hope tried moving on with Harris. Who, by the way, was planted in her life by Megan. Now, latest news suggest that Hope is out to find Megan to seek revenge. Perhaps, that’s when she will find out that Bo is alive and they will have their happy reunion!
Victoria Konefal Returning as Ciara
We reported earlier that Victoria was seen in the dressing room of Days of Our Lives! The video had set off speculations that she might return to DOOL as Ciara. However, a showreel played in the Days of Days event has confirmed her return. This comes as a pleasant but slightly confusing news. After Ciara and Ben left Salem and sailed into the sunset, actor Robert Scott Wilson (Ben) was recast as Alex. So, if Victoria returns as Ciara, and Robert is still Alex, what happens to Ben? Well, looks like that’s a question we will see answered on Days of Our Lives in the future!
Apart from these Days of Our Lives veterans, another face is coming to Salem soon. Actress, Aketra Sevillian was seen in the behind the scenes pics with the cast at a celebration of the 57th anniversary of the soap. Later, she posted dressing room and hair and makeup pics on her Instagram stating that she has completed one month of filming for the soap! However, there is no information regarding her character or airdate yet. She has previously acted in projects like, Grown-ish, Grand Crew, and Millenials.
