So, Jan will worry that she will land in prison for Charlie’s murder. Jan wouldn’t want to give up on freedom which will lead to her making her a new scheme.

As the walls start closing on her, Jan will come up with a plan where she will want to hold leverage. She will target someone that might help her from staying away from Statesville. The answer might be in the preview for the month of May. The May Preview suggests that Lucas and Sami will find themselves in a situation where their lives might be at stake. So, would they be the people Jan might have taken hostage?
It makes sense because Jan might have taken Belle’s sister and John’s stepdaughter hostage. Although Sami has always had problems with both John and Belle, they are family, and that comes first. Lucas might just be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Whatever the case might be, it is possible that these two might be taken hostage, and they will be facing some serious danger in the upcoming days. Everything is lining up.
