As mentioned above, Duggar News star Josh Duggar’s multiple appeals have been denied. The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals denied his latest appeal in 2023. The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear his case in 2024. Hence, they have been effectively upholding his conviction and didn’t even provide an explanation or comment on their reason.

Now fans know that President Donald Trump has issued pardons to high-profile individuals, including the Chrisleys. But Josh Duggar’s situation is quite different. His conviction involves serious federal crimes related to child exploitation. Hence, these felons are typically viewed with greater severity. Thus, such cases are less likely to receive pardons.
Additionally, Duggar’s legal team has not publicly pursued clemency. Because of this, there is no indication that a pardon is forthcoming. Even though the president can choose to give pardons, because of how serious Josh Duggar’s crimes are and the fact that no one is asking for mercy on his behalf, it’s unlikely he will get a pardon right now.
However chances are things might change if the family takes measures in the near future. Lots of already seen many Duggars advocating for trump on their social media. Keep an eye on TV Season & Spoilers for more Duggar News updates.
