This came after the Washington County Sheriff’s Office made an official announcement about Joseph’s arrest and revealed the two serious charges he was accused of. His first charge is “Lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12.” The second one is “Lewd and lascivious conduct involving a minor between 12 and 15 (offender 18+).”

As per the reports, Joseph allegedly asked the minor to sit on his lap in 2020 during a Florida trip. He reportedly touched the victim’s genitals and underwear.
