One plus one is soon going to be eleven on EastEnders when Mitch Baker accidentally rams his van into Harvey Monroe’s next week. The accident will start a chain reaction that will end in some explosive drama and an earth shattering expose. As we already know, Karen and Keanu are hanging by a thin rope in light of Albie’s staged kidnapping. Something they are scrambling to keep hidden from prying eyes.
However, the cracks in their money pot have already begun to show on EastEnders. Karen’s ex, Mitch Baker, held a party for her at the Queen Vic, where he was stumped by Karen’s extravagant show of money. Bewildered, he confronted her later, demanding to know where it all came from. After acting cagey for a while, she finally fessed up the truth about the money being the ransom Sharon paid for Albie. Disgusted by the truth, Mitch insisted that Karen pay back the money.
He then stormed off to confront Keanu about roping Karen into his unholy plan on EastEnders. However, he shows no remorse over what he had done. His unrepentant stance left Mitch so rattled that he accidentally rammed his van into Harvey’s taxi. In scenes yet to air, Kat is furious and insists that Mitch pay up for the damages. Karen then goes behind his back and pays Kat on Mitch’s behalf, from the ransom money. When Phil sees the bills, he instantly recognizes them as the one he marked before giving them to Sharon to pay for Albie’s ransom.
Phil Lifts The Veil From A Massive Plot on EastEnders
Phil decides to investigate further to find if Karen and Keanu could really be involved in Albie’ s kidnapping. EastEnders spoilers reveal that he recruits Sam to look into the matter. He even gets Tommy Moon to search Karen’s house for evidence. The young lad finds the money stashed under Karen’s bed. This is all the evidence that Phil needs to expose the mother-son duo. Meanwhile, Sharon announces that she and Keanu will host their wedding reception at Queen Vic on Christmas Day.
Phil barges in, cuts Sharon’s speech short and tells her that her beau and his mother kidnapped Albie. What will happen now? Will Sharon believe Phil and hold Keanu and Karen responsible on EastEnders? Or will Keanu find a way to wiggle out of this mess? We know that Karen is all set to bow out.
