EastEnders: BBC Comedy Launch Brings Back Former Stars Who Are Worlds Apart!

A bunch of EastEnders stars had a mini-reunion in the capital as they walked down the red carpet. They were all spotted at the fancy launch party for the BBC’s venture, Wreck. The comedy-horror first hit our screens in 2022 and is all set to make a hotly anticipated comeback in the upcoming week. So, who were the EE stars caught in the spotlight? Keep scrolling to find out!

The EastEnders Crew Reunites At a Launch Party!

Jasmine Armfield, Tilly Keeper, Shaheen Jafargholi, and Amy-Leigh Hickman all gathered at Regent Street Cinema to celebrate Wreck’s upcoming season. What’s the crux behind the reunion? The ladies spotted their EastEnders pal Shaheen and couldn’t help but cheer for him at the top of their lungs! How sweet is that, right? Jafargholi portrays Billy in the BBC’s Wreck, and he quite nails it.

Moreover, a source revealed, “Jasmine, Amy-Leigh, and Tilly all rushed to give Shaheen a big hug when they spotted him last night.” The insider recounted their friendship as some had their “first big acting break” on EastEnders. Furthermore, they praised the bond, admitting to feeling like no time had passed. It is because they seemed so supportive of Shaheen.

EE/ The actors spotted Shaheen at the launch of BBC’s Wreck.

“They sat together, and all cheered when Shaheen appeared on screen in the theatre,” the source disclosed. Let us tell you that all four had been part of EastEnders simultaneously. They were involved in some intense storylines, with Jasmine playing Bex Fowler for six years before her character left Walford in 2020. As for Tilly, fans loved her as Phil Mitchell’s daughter Louise.

The former EastEnders actress is making headlines in Netflix’s acclaimed thriller You. She got a ton of appraisal for her role in the thriller! Additionally, Amy Leigh took on the role of Bex’s friend Linzi Bragg, who once dated car dealer Jay Brown. There’s a chance for Jasmine, Tilly, and Amy-Leigh to make a comeback to Albert Square. The same can’t be said about Shaheen Jafargholi. Why?

EE/ They became pals while filming for the scenes simultaneously.

It is because the viewers saw Shaheen’s Shakil Kazemi meeting a tragic end in 2018 when a gang stabbed him to death! Here’s hoping we catch any of the stars soon in Walford. Until then, keep returning to TV Season & Spoilers to stay in the loop for more EastEnders spoilers and scoop!
