EastEnders star Max Bowden has urged everybody to check in on their loved ones after going through tragic losses himself. The actor known for portraying Ben Mitchell on the London-based soap recently touched on his exit plot. He revealed that his character would get nabbed for fraud in the United States. EastEnders: Max Encourages Fans to Keep Tabs on Dear Ones!
It looks like the EastEnders legend is a hot commodity right now. Earlier, Max Bowden landed himself a role in the 30th-anniversary production of Birdsong. Now, he took to Instagram to share that he’s involved in another project that’s really ‘close’ to his heart. Max wrote, “Up and out early this morning filming something mega important and close to my heart.”
Additionally, the EastEnders stalwart encouraged everyone to check in with a friend and show them love. Max has been through a rough patch, losing multiple friends in 2021 alone. The tragic year saw the passing of his best mate Maxwell, who died due to an undiagnosed brain tumour. The soap veteran has always been vocal about his struggles. He shared about Maxwell’s death during an EastEnders storyline that saw Lola get diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Bowden recounted how he chatted with Maxwell, and then he went into a coma the next day and never woke up. Moreover, the EastEnders actor also lost his pal Luke Goodings and celebrity agent Terry Mills to Covid-19. Max’s online presence has always been about sharing powerful messages. He once got his fans emotional by reading “You May Have Died, But You Are Still Alive.” Max recently bid adieu to EE, sharing an emotional goodbye message with his fans.
He posted a promo picture of Ben outside the Arches, penning, “Well guys, It’s that time!” He also thanked EastEnders fans for embracing his portrayal of Ben and showering him with love over the past five years.
