The upcoming week of EastEnders would see a change in the ongoing scenario on the soap opera. Right now, in regard to the Zack and Whitney storyline, Zack just came to know that he is HIV positive and hence decided to make some distance and take a backseat in Whitney’s pregnancy. However, all of that is about to change. The spoilers suggest that in the upcoming episodes, this couple will find out that their baby has Edwards’ syndrome, and Zack won’t have a choice but to support Whitney. How will he navigate through this?

EastEnders has released the first look for next week’s story for Zack and Whitney, and from the picture, we can say that they are going to have a difficult pregnancy. Zack will begin to step up for Whitney and their unborn child without telling her about his health condition. The issue, however, here is Zack himself would be struggling. He will start with his HIV medication and will be dealing with its side effects of it.

Other members of Walford East On EastEnders will start getting concerned for this couple. Chelsea will be suspicious of Whitney, who will continue to hide the truth about the baby’s condition. In the meantime, Zack will also be struggling and confiding in Sharon. He will be feeling ashamed, but he will tell Sharon about his and Whitney’s condition. Sharon will step up in a time of need and give Zack some quality advice that might help him.

Further in the week, after a minor inconvenience, Whitney will break down in front of Chelsea, revealing the whole truth. She will comfort her and give her strength. Would it be enough, though? Will Zack tell Whitney the truth about his diagnosis? How will Whitney react to this? We will have to wait to know. EastEnders is bringing big revelations and bigger reactions in the upcoming days.
