Emmerdale Makers Confirm Ruby’s Entry In The Show
Emmerdale has confirmed the introduction of a new character next year. In early 2024, Caleb Miligan’s wife Ruby will arrive as a shock to him. Show producers intend to reveal Caleb’s past when the new character comes. Amid Caleb and Tracy’s secret affair, Ruby’s character will undoubtedly intensify the situation. In an Emmerdale press con, producer Laura Shaw stated that that they had heard Nicky’s mother and Caleb’s wife mentioned. She continued, “We’ve just heard little bits from Caleb, where he’s said that it’s all over between them and there’s nothing going on – but is that really true?” She confirmed the news by saying, “In the new year, we will see Ruby bursting onto our screens. She’s going to be an absolute firecracker. She’s going to put a real spanner into the Dingles.” She shared that the casting announcement will be made later.
Last month, Emmerdale maker Shaw hinted at Ruby’s arrival, saying that Caleb and Tracy’s affair would lead to the introduction of a new character. She stated at the time, “The affair is going to ultimately lead to a new arrival joining the show, which I can’t tell you about just yet because it won’t be until next year, but we’re very excited about it here.”
She informed that the newcomer’s entry would be explosive and cause huge trouble in the show. But will Ruby and Caleb’s relationship end as he made out with Tracy?
