Emmerdale Stars Share Personal Health Stories Amid Chas Dingle’s Cancer Diagnosis
Emmerdale star Natalie J Robb, known for her role as Moira Dingle, shared a personal breast cancer experience while discussing the cancer storyline involving Chas Dingle. In a segment on Lorraine, the actress didn’t shy away from giving insights into her own encounter with the disease to raise awareness.
The soap star was on Lorraine to talk about the filming of a significant scene in Chas’ storyline. In the Emmerdale scene, Chas discusses her breast cancer diagnosis with the other Dingle women. While having a conversation about the same, Robb recounted finding a lump in her right breast last year, only to discover that there was another one.
Natalie said, “And even though you feel for things, you’re not sure how to do it properly. So that’s why it’s so, so important.” She urged fans to take self-examinations as early detection is crucial. Fortunately, Robb’s lumps were benign, but her message remains crucial: “Be aware and check your boobies.”
