Ava Jerome Makes The Wrong Move With Sonny
It’s no secret that Sonny Corinthos has done many questionable things over the decades on General Hospital. So if there is one person who would’ve understood what Ava did with Nik, it was Sonny. In fact, when Ava first informed Sonny about Nik’s threat of snatching Avery, Sonny was furious. So, of course, if Ava had rushed to Sonny and told him that she accidentally “killed” Nik, he would’ve been happy to help. But no! Ava chose to remain quiet and now has landed in quicksand.
Now, Mason is holding the strings that are controlling Ava. Not only that, he is pulling them to make her do his dirty work on General Hospital. Correction: his mystery boss’ dirty work. He has already informed Ava that she will have to use his personal link with Sonny to infiltrate the don’s life and extract intel regarding his business activities. While Ava is highly averse to doing it, she has no other choice. In the week of June 12-16, 2023, Ava will receive her first assignment against Sonny. But will she be able to successfully pull off the spy mission without getting caught?
Ava Is Exposed, Furious Sonny Threatens To Take Avery Away On General Hospital
While initially on General Hospital, it is totally plausible that Ava may succeed with this assignment and pass on the required intel to Mason. However, this will only dig the grave deeper instead of helping her climb out. The better she performs, the more valuable she will become to Mason’s boss and the more spying she will have to do against Sonny. And that’s where all the problems will begin. Honestly, all Ava needed to do was tell Sonny that Mason was blackmailing her and he would’ve swatted him like a fly!
But Ava chose deception instead. So now, when she gets exposed, which, make no mistake, she will, she’ll have to face Sonny’s full-blown fury. Moreover, the fact that she was keeping Nina’s SEC secret hidden will just add fuel to the fire on General Hospital. Sonny may decide to strike where it would really hurt. And the easiest and most efficient way of doing that would be to snatch Avery from her. If that happens, Ava would be shattered. Or will she be able to find a way to counter Sonny?
