General Hospital: The Journey Of Scott Baldwin
Kin Shriner first appeared in General Hospital on August 2, 1977. Shriner was a recast of the character Scott Baldwin after being played by child actors. So, Shriner stepped in as the adult version of Baldwin. For 46 years, the actor was never replaced or left the soap. Of course, he took multiple breaks over the years to act in other soaps. He worked in soaps such as Texas, The Young and The Restless, and As The World Turns.
Per the storyline, Scott Baldwin is an attorney in Port Charles. He had dated Bobbie Spencer (late Jacklyn), Lucy Coe, Tracy and more. Baldwin ended up with Liesl Obrecht in 2022. Now, he is dealing with Cody Bell’s case on Ice Princess necklace theft. However, it is pretty appreciative of his portrayer Kin to be working on GH for whopping 46 years.
