Joss And Dex’s Growing Closeness, An Invitation For Trouble?
The past few episodes of General Hospital have catapulted Joss and Dex multiple paces ahead in their love story. A connection that started as a hookup while Joss was committed to another, has now turned into a full-blown romantic relationship. Not only did Joss confess her love to Dex in the recent episodes of the soap, she even opened up to him about her fears. She admitted that she fears love and relationships, especially after how things ended with Cameron Webber and Oscar Nero.
However, even her fear of commitment has not been able to stop her from fighting for Dex on General Hospital. At this point, Joss is willing to do basically anything to ensure his “safety”. And that itself sounds like a warning of what’s about to come! She faced off with Michael and then with Sonny for her boyfriend. She is literally moving heaven and earth in trying to convince Carly to turn Sonny in so that Dex can become rid of him as a by-product. But Carly had a ringing warning about a disaster if Sonny goes to prison!
General Hospital Spoilers: Dex’s Life At Risk Over The Sonny Fiasco
When Carly was discussing the whole deal against Sonny with Michael, she warned him of devastating consequences. In fact, she literally said that if Sonny goes to prison, someone will die. Now, she didn’t explicitly take Dex’s name, but we know how these things work on General Hospital, right? This whole storyline with Joss and her family is circling around her trying to “save” Dex. So, it won’t be surprising at all if, in the end, Dex does get critically injured, if not actually end up dead.
Moreover, this conversation was not the first time Carly spoke about someone getting hurt on General Hospital. When Michael first told him about having hired Dex to infiltrate Sonny’s organization to get evidence, Carly was aghast. She ripped Michael a new one stating that Sonny would kill Dex if he found out he had betrayed him and recorded incriminating evidence against him. So, one way or the other, hunky Dex is about to land in deep trouble! It will be interesting to watch the impact that has on his relationship with Joss! What do you think will happen?
