General Hospital is heading towards some really thrilling episodes. Sonny and Nina just got married, and Michael has her SEC secret in the center of his palm. So, it is only a matter of when and how he exposes Nina. Whatever he chooses to do, it will definitely be a exhilarating ride! However, the thrill will not be limited to that alone! We know that Nikolas Cassadine is alive and well.
Moreover, he is getting active on the soap now! He recently sent a rather smart hint to Laura, letting her know that he is very much alive! Thus, it is only a matter of time before he returns home to Port Charles. And when he does, oh boy! It’s going to be storm. But it will be storm that will bring two nemesis’ together! How and why? Nik Arrives In Port Charles, Makes A Shocking Demand
Now that Laura knows that her son is alive, it is hard to believe that she will stop at just that on Genera Hospital. In fact, Spencer too is in the know of it now. Thus, sooner or later Nik will have to come back home. Because quite honestly, what’s the point of keeping him alive and on the canvas if he is not going to be part of the drama! Or better yet, create a new drama of his own! And going by the word on the street, the latter seems to be the maker’s choice! Nik will soon set foor back in Port Charles with several missions on his mind on General Hospital!
Of course, there is a the little matter of dealing with ex-wife Ava, for almost killing him, then leaving him for the dead. That is, if she survives the mess she is currently trapped in with Mason! Moving on to the second mission he may have in mind, Esme and Ace! The biggest reason why Nik was panicking about Esme being pregnant with his baby was Ava. Back then, the two had finally started to make some progress in mending their marriage. So he did not want to rock that boat. But quite honestly, that boat has long sunk! So why not claim what’s his!
General Hospital: Spencer and Esme Unite To Fight Nik
For the longest time there has been buzz about something major shaking up Trina and Spencer’s relationship on General Hospital. And for the large part of that buzz, we knew Esme would have something to do with it! What we didn’t know was what could act as catalyst in bringing Esme that close to Spencer! But we seem to have found the answer – Nik! The recent past has shown that The Dark Prince has the capability to go really dark if he wishes to. After all, the Cassadine genes have to show somewhere! Isn’t it? So it won’t be all that surprising if Nik showed up demanding Ace’s custody from Esme!
Given Esme’s current circumstances, it is certain that she can’t face Nik and his Cassadine wealth and connection all alone. So she will definitely be needing some help. And apart from her, who else will suffer the loss of Ace, if Nik took him? Spencer of course! Thus, it only makes sense that Spencer will join forces with Esme to keep Nik away from Ace. In the process, there is a possibility that Spencer and Esme’s closeness might push Trina away. Esme has shown an interest in Spencer on many occasions!
