The preview video for the week of February 6, 2023, starts with Liz deciding to surrender to the cops and come clean about helping Nikolas with Esme. However, Finn will push the brakes on her thoughts. General Hospital spoilers say Laura will also confront Spencer and push him to come clean to her about Nikolas and the evidence he has. Although he may not spill the whole truth, Spencer will inform her that he won’t let anyone else suffer because of his father.
