GH fans watching the soap for a long time know that Sonny Corinthos is a family man. He has always been one. No matter what happens, Sonny’s family is his number one priority. His kids, wife, and anything related will always come first for him. Viewers have never seen Sonny leaving his family at any point in time.
However, things have changed a bit since Sonny met Nina. We know that Sonny and Nina met in the Nixon Falls. Back in the time, Sonny did not remember anything about his former life. He let his emotions for Nina get the better of him and hence he has been supporting her in everything. But, things have gotten more twisted when Sonny returned to Port Charles with Nina.
General Hospital: Sonny Takes A Stand, Breaks Up With Nina
While Sonny is trying to be there for Nina and is cutting her a lot of slack, Nina seems to be taking things too far. General Hospital spoilers for May 27, 2022, reveal that Nina and Sonny will get into a confrontation where he will corner Nina and ask her about Scott’s strategy. Sonny will be curious to know why Nina’s lawyer is bringing up Claudia when it is not related to the case. As for Nina, she will tell Sonny that she has to do whatever it takes.
It looks like Nina doesn’t care about anything and has forgotten that Michael is Sonny’s son. Even though Sonny and Michael are not on the best of terms, he is still his own child. This looks like the time when Sonny will decide to take a stand and end things with Nina.
Nina Leaves Port Charles For Good?
General Hospital fans always wanted Nina and Sonny to break up, and Nina’s insensitive behavior towards Sonny’s family will make it easier for him to leave her. This will obviously break Nina’s heart, and she will be distraught. There is a possibility that she’s going to lose both Wiley’s visitation rights and Sonny. So, she will have no reason to stay in Port Charles. Nina might decide to leave Port Charles for good and build a life somewhere else.
