William Lipton, in real life, is a student at the Thornton School of Music. He has been enrolled in it since 2021. Until now, he was able to juggle between General Hospital and education. But now, he wants to take a break from work and focus solely on his studies. However, the good news is William Lipton assures in his chat that he will rejoin the cast of GH in the summer. So when William finishes his school year in real life, so will Cam on the soap.
The news that William Lipton’s departure from General Hospital is not permanent will surely bring relief to his fans. Cam has become such an integral part of the plot ever since William joined the cast as Cam in 2018. Hence, the handsome actor assured his fans that he will return to the soap to resume his journey. He also expressed his gratitude for all the love that he has received from his fans during his journey on the soap. “Working at GH has been such an important part of my life,” he said.
