Willow’s testing health crisis has been going on General Hospital for quite a few months now. However, it seems that the storyline is heading toward its culmination soon. The big reveal about Nina being Willow’s bio mom has already happened. And, Willow has finally found a match for her bone marrow transplant. Although the doctors are of the opinion that it would be safe for Willow to deliver her baby prior to her transplant surgery. Thus, the ailing mother is on edge over the premature C-section inching toward her. The latest General Hospital spoilers tease that Willow will deliver a baby girl amidst the health crisis!
Willow’s Ongoing Health Woes
Willow’s condition was deteriorating on the double in General Hospital. The delay in treatment had catapulted her leukemia crisis to the last stage rather rapidly. However, just as things had started to look bleak, a ray hop hope shined and Willow was able to secure a bone marrow donor, post her bio-mom revelation. This has given her hope and a new ray of light. Now to make things safe for her and the baby, the doctors are advising Willow to opt for a premature c-section to deliver her baby before she undergoes her bone marrow transplant.
At first, Willow was not really on board with the idea of delivering her baby prematurely on General Hospital. All through her battle with the illness, Willow’s priority has been her baby’s safety. She does not want to do anything that would put her baby at risk. However, after much discussion and contemplation, Willow agrees with Dr. Terry Randolph’s opinion. As they all unanimously agree that it will be in the best interest of the baby. Especially since Willow is over 8 months pregnant and the baby can be delivered safely, even if it is a little premature.
Willow And Michael Welcome A Baby Girl On General Hospital
Willow has suffered a lot owing to her health on General Hospital. Hopefully, this new ray of hope will serve her well, and both the medical procedures she is about to undergo will get hassle-free. Terry and TJ Ashford are doing their best to assure her that all will go well. However, can things really ever be that uncomplicated at General Hospital. Even if a C-section is a rather routine procedure for doctors, there is a lot that can go wrong when the mother is under the knife.
Although, we seriously hope the story does not go that way on General Hospital. The latest spoilers tease that Willow will give birth to a baby girl on the popular ABC soap. Hence, our fingers are crossed that the baby girl comes into the world in her healthiest form. Moreover, Willow’s health is already dire, so there is a chance that the stress of the C-section might take its toll and weaken her body prior to her transplant.
