Caryn Chandler, Matt Roloff’s girlfriend has bought a ‘family’ home worth $405k in Oregon. Even though the reality TV star likes to call it a family home, she didn’t involve her boyfriend Matt in the purchase. She made the purchase in November 2020 and was renovating the deck with Matt recently. He seems happy to see the independent side of Caryn as Matt appreciated his fierce girlfriend. As the real estate website categorizes it as a light and bright family home runs across a massive 1500 square feet. The home boasts three massive bedrooms along with two and a half bathrooms. The main floor has an office and the kitchen features pergo floors, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances as well as an island.
The palatial house lies a 10-minute drive away from the Roloff farms as reported by The Sun. There is molding throughout the house along with the carpeting. If that wasn’t enough there’s a two-car garage, backyard garden, refinished deck, and much more! Matt immediately started helping her with the deck as soon as Caryn decided to tear down the old one.
As Caryn has vowed never to reside in the main Roloff house where Matt lived with Amy, she has purchased the home on her own. While that makes sense, the contradiction is that she is buying a ‘famil’ home on her own without Matt while rumors about their wedding have been swirling around. A source close to the insider revealed that even though not immediately, the couple is going to tie the knot.
