Josh Duggar: Family Friend Gives A Heartbreaking Testimony About The Molestation Case!
A report by People says that the Arkansas court scheduled a hearing ahead of the trial. It went on for 3 hours. The matter of debate in the session was quite conflicting. It was whether the judge should provide evidence regarding Josh Duggar’s prior molestation case or not. Owing to this, the unfortunate incident that began in 2002 was revealed publicly. It happened through testimonies given by Bobye Holt, a close friend of the Duggar family, and Jim Bob Duggar, the alleged felon’s father.
Bobye Holt and her husband Jim Hot have been close to the infamous reality TV family for over a decade. Through her testimony, Bobye Holt revealed that Josh Duggar molested her eldest daughter. Both of them were of the same age at the time and also dated. Later on, the arrestee admitted to committing this atrocious act 3 more times, and it began in 2002. Josh was 12 at the time. Josh Duggar: Father Jim Bob Testifies During Son’s Hearing
Firstly, Jim Bob Duggar was asked about the police report from 2006 regarding the charges against his son. He expressed that he “couldn’t remember” and deemed it as “tabloid news”. Despite reading the police report, the family member admitted to not recalling any details from the time. However, he did say that his eldest son first came clean about these problematic acts to him and his wife Michelle in 2002. The Duggar patriarch wasn’t able to remember the exact words of Josh’s confession but revealed that the couple was “shocked” at this but also glad that the 14-year-old told them.
Later on, the eldest Duggar sibling had admitted to everything in front of Arkansas State Police. His parents took him to the said authorities after their family friends Jim, and Bobye Hold recommended it. Jim Bob then talked about “handling things in the house” as it was a “difficult time for their family”.
