It is one of the longest-running shows TLC had to offer to its audience, and it is still thriving. Matt Roloff confirmed that the family shot and wrapped up LPBW Season 25 by August 2025.
But fans are still concerned about the show’s future. Amy Roloff’s latest Instagram post has added more smoke to the fire. That’s because she mentioned something about going for a new job! Was it because the show will be ending soon?
LPBW: Amy Goes Back To Teaching! Is The Show’s Future Looking Bleak?
Over the years, a lot of things have changed when it comes to LPBW. Once a married couple, Amy and Matt went their separate ways and started seeking different significant others. The family also fell apart after Matt didn’t let his sons Jeremy and Zach acquire the farm and carry on the legacy.
Because things have been so intense in the last few seasons, viewers have been upfront about not liking the show as it lacked wholesome moments. There has been a buzz going around implying that there will be no more seasons of Little People Big World. Well, Amy Roloff also added to these rumors by posting a shocking Instagram story.
Amy told the avid LPBW fans that she had to get up early for her new job. She then explained how she was going to be a “substitute teacher.” Because of this, the fanbase began to wonder if she had opted for a new job because there were chances of LPBW getting canceled or coming to an end.
Despite many inquiries, Amy didn’t reveal much. She was mostly focussed and quite excited to have gone back to teaching. Apart from this, the star also works annually at the pumpkin patch and has a cooking show for her fans on her Instagram. She also has a history of being a TEDX speaker and inspiring many.

It turns out Amy Roloff isn’t the only person who is exploring new career paths. Zach and Tori Rolff have also dropped many hints during this year, implying they won’t be on LPBW. Once, the latter had directly told her viewers that her and Zach’s time was coming to a close.
Moreover, Caryn Chandler’s son Connor also mentioned how the noted pair won’t return for another season. But Matt denied these rumors by saying Zach and Tori are part of Season 25. But the chances are they would refrain from filming for episodes for a new season.
Apart from this, Zach and Tori also built an extra floor on their one-story house in Battleground, Washington.
