At first, LPBW fans had a bone to pick with Caryn Chandler. As per them, she was the reason why who talked Matt into shunning his sons from acquiring land in Roloff Farms. Since their feud, things are still quite strained in the family. It was quite certain that the patriarch had a dream of building a new home on his family property for him and Caryn.
So, when he couldn’t work out a deal with Zach and Jeremy, Matt began building a modern house on his farmland. He had mentioned many times on the show that it would be his and Caryn”s dream house. The buzz on the internet says that the construction of the same has wrapped up. As per Thesun, Caryn has also put her Oregon property for sale.
The details say that Caryn was living in a home worth 1,459 sq. ft. with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. It is a “nicely updated” home in the Rock Creek neighborhood. The place is also near to a golf course in a quiet cul-de-sac and is “light and bright.” Moreover, the carpet in the property is also new, with an “open floor plan” and an up-to-date kitchen.
Caryn’s Oregon crib also boasts of “solid surface countertops,” a pantry, and “SS appliances.” Moreover, the livingroom is also spacious with a bedroom/office which is at the “main level.” The backyard is also “big, private, and low maintenance” and has a new deck as well as a “raised flowerbed.” The LPBW star is selling her property for $540k!
LPBW: Have Caryn & Matt Already Moved Into Their Dream House Before Marriage?
Matt Roloff was quite clear about one thing from the beginning. He sees a forever with his fiancee, Caryn Chandler. So, they got engaged after 6 years of dating.
