Noted LPBW sensation Matt Roloff has been too busy lately. He is gearing up for the pumpkin season at Roloff Farms. At the same time, he is also building a dream house for himself and his fiance, Caryn Chandler. Hence, he shared some important information through an Instagram post. Roloff stated that his farm is going to be “new and improved” and 93 acres of it is going it be available for the fans for the pumpkin season. He shared this news with a video featuring his youngest son, operating some heavy machinery.
In another one of Matt’s posts, he called it the “pumpkin patch expansion project” and it was in “full gear.” He also thanked Jacob for all his hard work. While many LPBW fans thought Matt was doing all these things for the upcoming pumpkin festival. However, a new listing revealed that he is willing to “re-sell” his farm. So, chances are that Roloff has been working hard to bright big changes on his farm owing to the re-selling. But, so far, he has not yet made an official post to confirm such a thing on his social media.

Last year in May 2022, Matt Roloff made a shocking revelation. Prior to this LPBW fans were already aware of his deteriorating bond with Jeremy and Zach over the farm. When the sons refused to buy the portion and moved on to better things, Matt decided it would be best to put 16 acres of the property on the market. But that didn’t work out. Hence, he took it off and instead turned his big house into a short-term rental. He announced this during last year’s pumpkin patch and later made an official post, too.

Hence, fans could rent the big house with five bedrooms and six bathrooms at the price of $1,280 per night. But that won’t be the case. As per Zillow, the 16 acres of Roloff Farms are now available for sale worth $3.3 million! Hence, Matt Roloff took the price down by $700k. While there has been no official announcement about it, fans are confused why he took such a step.
