It turns out that the LPBW celebrity has not yet filed the “annual report” for Roloff Farms. Further digging revealed that the due date for the same was on February 10, 2023. Hence, Matt is more than a month behind in doing so. As per the Oregon State Secretary, filing the report would have helped him keep his “business license” active. Technically, the business, i.e., Roloff Family Farms Inc, is still active. But, the state now has the power to dissolve Matt’s business license.

As the farm feud broke out and strained Matt’s relationship with his sons, Jeremy and Zach, there were lots of speculations. Many wondered if the patriarch would stop hosting the pumpkin season on the farm. Well, the star proved everyone wrong by conducting the grand event in 2021 and also 2022. However, his sons, Jeremy and Zach, didn’t help and visited the festival just once. There is still no confirmation if Matt will be inviting LPBW fans to the pumpkin season this year or not. Matt’s ex Amy Roloff earlier mentioned that the 2022 pumpkin season was possibly the last.

But there is still no official verification about the cancellation by Matt. Apart from this, the head of the family is also busy with other projects. The star plans to live in a dream house on his farm with his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, when he ties the knot with her. In fact, this is what he intends to do after retiring. The couple had been thinking of doing so for the last five years. Well, Matt finally started construction for the same, suggesting he will retire soon.
