The Little People Big World has been trying to sell the property for a long time. Matt tried to sell a piece of the large property a few years ago. But he put it off the market when he couldn’t find a suitable buyer.

The TLC star initially paid $4 million for 16 acres when the family feud began a few years ago. Matt reduced the price to $3.395 million. However, fans noticed that he pulled it off the market a few weeks later. They started speculating that the TLC star might have found a buyers.

Many viewers felt Audrey and Jeremy might have bought the property. Tori and Zach already made it clear that they don’t want to buy it. They are happy living in Washington with their kids. Meanwhile, Jacob and Isabel are happy to live on the other 90 acres of the Roloff Property. The latter told viewers that the entire farm is not for sale.

LPBW: Roloff Property Back On The Market At A Lower Price!

Matt Roloff has been trying to sell a portion of the Roloff Farms for a long time. He decided to put the property on sale a few months ago. Fans speculated that the LPBW star had already sold the property because it was no longer for sale. However, Matt appears to have put the property back on the market, this time at a much lower price.

He is now asking $2,600,000 for 16.6 acres of property. As per realtor.com, the property offers “six bedrooms, including three suites, 5.5 baths, dedicated office and den spaces, library, and bonus/media room.” The Little People Big World star’s 5,825-square-foot residence also includes a six-car tandem garage.

A fan on Reddit was surprised to see that Matt has to drop the prices again. He wondered if he wasn’t getting a suitable buyer for his property. One fan said, “It may be a good deal, but not many people can afford to spend two million on a property/house.”

Another user noted that the house is designed for the little people, and it must be difficult to find a buyer willing to spend so much on updates. Many LPBW viewers think Matt would have to wait to find the right buyer who is a little person.
