The TLC star initially paid $4 million for 16 acres when the family feud began a few years ago. Matt reduced the price to $3.395 million. However, fans noticed that he pulled it off the market a few weeks later. They started speculating that the TLC star might have found a buyers.
Many viewers felt Audrey and Jeremy might have bought the property. Tori and Zach already made it clear that they don’t want to buy it. They are happy living in Washington with their kids. A fan on Reddit was surprised to see that Matt has to drop the prices again. He wondered if he wasn’t getting a suitable buyer for his property. One fan said, “It may be a good deal, but not many people can afford to spend two million on a property/house.”
Another user noted that the house is designed for the little people, and it must be difficult to find a buyer willing to spend so much on updates.
