Little People Big World is the longest-running TLC show. It began in 2006 and has lasted for almost 2 decades. But a lot of circumstances have been hinting at the show coming to an end. Everyone must know by now how Zach and Matt’s feud made things tense in the family. Once they stopped seeing eye-to-eye, they began maintaining a distance.
Apart from Jacob, no other Roloff kid has been close to Matt Roloff, which has impacted the show as well. Zach and Tori have been upfront about their decision to quit the show. As their time is approaching, they are getting into the technicalities behind why they won’t do another season. It looks like the producers weren’t keen on bringing them on board, either.
LPBW: Zach Reveals The Network Never Called Them Back For Another Season!
Since last year, Zach and Tori have been dropping hints about their decision to leave LPBW. They made their issues with Matt Roloff known on the show, and now they are unwilling to wave the white flag. At the same time, the patriarch was also tired of waiting for an apology. Soon, Zach and Tori moved to Washington and gave up on their dream of living on Roloff Farms.
In addition, Tori and Zach launched their new podcast. As this major shift in their careers occurred, fans understood they would soon kiss their TV careers goodbye. They have openly been talking about this decision on their audio show, Raising Heights. Tori said they were “done” and that that chapter of their lives was “closed.”
Zach also provided interesting information. He said the network wasn’t interested in bringing them back either. Chances are that their contracts were over, and they didn’t ask the LPBW couple to renew it. He said, “We made it clear. They didn’t ask us back technically.” Since this reveal, fans have been wondering if TLC has its heart set on canceling the show.
Apart from Zach and Tori, there was a buzz about Matt’s fiancee i.e., Caryn Chandler, also quitting the show. Over the years, she has received a lot of hate for breaking the family, be it the farm feud or Matt or Amy’s divorce. Hence, she wanted out and kept herself away from the negativity. But these are just rumors, and Caryn hasn’t made any statements to support this.
LPBW: Matt Expresses Disappointment As Zach & Tori Ditch Important Family Event
In Season 25 of LPBW, Matt and Amy have been prepping the farm for a fundraising event. They are doing so for DAAA or the Dwarf Athletic Association of America. While they locked horns many times to make it a big success, another unexpected thing happened. Zach and Tori confirmed they won’t be attending.
Matt accused his son and his wife of intentionally making plans so that they could miss the fundraiser. He felt disappointed. Meanwhile, Amy was neutral about this. She thought it was okay that Tori and Zach’s kids, Josiah, Lilah, and Jackson, would be missing the event, too. Hence, it wasn’t fair for the patriarch to get upset at just their mom and dad.
