He started crying after Pumpkin and Honey Boo Boo started asking him about the stolen money. He realized that his wife hid things from him. June has no remorse for scamming her daughter. Mama June and Justin Stroud have been butting heads since the former’s lies were exposed. She wasn’t ready to accept in front of everyone that she stole Honey Boo Boo’s money. Well, Justin Stroud doesn’t seem to get over the fact that his wife hid things from him. Recently, TooFab shared a clip of June and Justin having a meal together at a restaurant.
In it, the former was trying to make her husband believe that the State took 50% of the money for taxes. She said, “By the end of the day, you’re only going to get $10,000, $6,000, or even two dollars.” However, Justin’s facial expressions were a clear sign that he wasn’t buying his wife’s lies anymore. The video then switched to a confessional where he shared his actual feelings.
Justin stated that his wife must have been thinking of him as some kind of idiot. He felt bad that Mama June was trying to fool him into thinking that the huge amount of money had gone to taxes. Justin defended his stepdaughters during the discussion with June. He also claimed that he didn’t know that his wife was spending the money that Alana earned during the years.
However, June retorted, “They might act like they didn’t know, but how do you think that you had what you had?” Stroud simply said, “Because Mama bought it” to slam his wife. Moreover, he expressed that the kids thought that their mama had taken them on vacation and not their youngest sibling. Further, he stated that her daughter only wanted June to be honest with them.
