In a preview of an upcoming episode, June confessed that she could never forgive herself for the trouble she caused her kids. As per TheSun, the star continued that she will be putting all-out attempts to heal the wounded hearts of her kids. June’s journey to reconnect with her daughters started with a desperate phone call to Dr. Ish, who had been helping them cope with the family crisis since the show’s first season. After an unresolved argument with Pumpkin over Alana’s custody, thier mother realized that she needed professional assistance to mend their relationship.
Dr. Ish consented to assist her only if she was prepared to accept responsibility and demonstrate her concern for her girls. Mama June reassured him that she could and wished to say sorry to her children. Later, the doctor set up a therapy weekend program for the mother and daughters at secluded cabins in the wood. Dr. Ish reportedly praised June and stated that she sounded like a mom for the very first time. He guessed that her kids would think the same, and they also wanted their mother back.
As per the teaser, June got emotional after hearing the sweet words from the doctor. She admitted that she couldn’t make up for the awful situation she put her daughters in. In the video, Pumpkin mentioned that the family therapist had recommended that they spend a weekend with Mama June.
