Prince William and Kate Middleton last year had a two-day visit to Wales. The couple chose to stay overnight at a B&B rather than castles and palaces. The local B&B has released a never-before-seen picture of the Prince and Princess of Wales. They took this trip in April and it seemed like a lot of fun, see the picture here!
Prince William and Kate’s B&B Picture Released!
Back in April 2023, Prince William and his wife travelled to Wales for a two-day visit. The couple headed to the Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team headquarters in Merthyr Tydfil. They participated in abseiling and a mock rescue.
As per reports, this trip required an overnight stay as they had to go on another journey the next day. For the night, Prince William and Kate stayed at the Duffryn Mawr, a beautiful country house on the edge of Brecon Beacons.
And after a year, the B&B shared a beautiful picture on their Facebook of the royal couple smiling and posing with the staff members. The B&B wrote, “It’s been 1 year since we welcomed William and Kate, the Prince and Princess of Wales, to Duffryn Mawr! We were delighted to welcome William and Kate for a night here when they visited The Brecon Beacons. So kind and friendly, it was a pleasure to have them stay here.”
In the picture, William can be seen wearing a dark coat over a shirt and tie. As for Kate, she is in a Zara midi dress and a black coat and they wore that same fit to the Aberfan memorial on 28th April. The couple looks beautiful together; royal family fans know that Kate has been away from royal duties since her cancer diagnosis.
