The Busby family will be back on your televisions sooner than you know! Adam and Danielle recently had an interview with Today, wherein they talked about their family’s decision to resume with OutDaughtered. They shared that the quints have been a part of this show since they were mere babies, and it is like a day-to-day activity for them. Adam even added that the quints even asked about the show during their break. Thus, he and Danielle were only concerned about Blayke’s reaction when they decided to return.
The Busby family patriarch claimed, “I thought of all the kids, we would get the most pushback from her, and that she’d be the most apprehensive to step back in.” Then Danielle clarified it by stating that Blayke is in sixth grade, and thus there are many changes taking place in her life. The Busby parents then mentioned that Blayke said she wanted to do it. They claimed that Blayke’s positive response made the decision related to the return much easier. After the interview, Adam and Danielle also stated that Blayke is more mature and confident in the upcoming season. Thus, it is an amazing season for her.
OutDaughtered: The Busbys Are Back After A Hiatus Of Two Years!
TLC shared the news of the return of OutDaughtered in early June this year. This big reveal was followed by a YouTube video featuring Adam Busby and Danielle Busby. In this video, they disclosed that after the airing of the last episode of their show in May 2021, the couple put a pause on not just the show but several other lucrative projects. During their hiatus, they agreed on a new venture, that is, opening a brick-and-mortar storefront for Danielle’s Graeson Bee clothing boutique. This store will certainly be featured in the upcoming season as, being an owner, the Busby mom will often be seen here.
The Busby couple even mentioned that during the break, they were not sure to be back on the reality show. But Adam and Danielle decided that they would listen to the network if and when they called next. Then two days later, they received a serious call from the network stating, ‘We really want you all to come back.’ This was the time when they communicated and negotiated that their older contract has been expired. As per their new contract, the couple are executive producers of the show. Thus, their input will now be valued more than ever in the creative direction of the show.
Despite the new role, the Busby parents are still a little concerned about having their family on the TV again.
