The Busbys became a part of the TLC family a year after welcoming the first all-girl quints of America in 2015. Adam and Danielle were already parents to an adorable girl, Blayke, back then. OutDaughtered has since featured the life and whereabouts of the entire Busby family, except for the two years when they pulled off in 2021. During one of their promotional interviews, Danielle Busby revealed that they spend a solid $1000 weekly on groceries. Fans were shocked, as that is definitely a huge amount of money to be spent just on groceries.

Adam and Danielle Busby have recently been involved with the promotions of OutDaughtered Season 9. This power couple has been opting for promotional tasks as well as interviews. The entire Busby Family recently appeared in an interview with DailyMail. They threw some light on their decision to resume filming with TLC, how they deal with criticism, and several other questions. Adam and Danielle reflected that the decision to return back to the small screen was a unanimous decision.
Later on, Danielle added that not having a camera around them felt weird, and it feels way better now that the cameras are back. She continued that the quints usually asked them about the crew and the cameras, for they loved having them around. They played the catalyst in the decision to head back to filming. Adam even mentioned that girls play a major role in Season 9, for everyone has their respective mics and is involved in the filming. During this conversation, Danielle even added that having six daughters has been overwhelming for both her and Adam.
It is indeed not questionable that raising a family with six kids, especially girls is financially consuming. On being asked, Danielle mentioned that they spend roughly $800 to $1000 every week on groceries, shopping for sports, and lunches for her daughters. She even agreed that it was expensive. However, a family with six girls between the age of 8 and 12 will certainly have a lot of unspecified expenditure. Adam and Danielle’s daughters have their respective expenses that need to be managed by them.
OutDaughtered: Adam Freaked Out When The Quints Caused Loss Of Money
The massive expense of the OutDaughtered star’s groceries was not pointed out for the first time. As Adam recently took onto his Instagram to share a story wherein their negligence resulted in $500-600 worth of food turning bad. In his post, he mentioned that he did something upsetting and ‘blew it.’ Adam started to mention that they have a massive freezer in their garage. It is a storage for their meat, ice cream, and other essentials during the summer. He stated that he always tells his daughters to close it after fetching their treat. But one of them forgot to close it one day. And the same day was a waterpark outing day for the family.
On returning, Adam observed the half opened-door of the freezer, but it was too late to shut it. So, he had to discard groceries worth $500-600 because they turned bad. He then admitted and felt bad for being aggressive with the girls. Thus, it is no doubt that Busby’s spends a massive amount on groceries and other items every week to cater to the needs of their big family, with six kids and two adults.
