Prince Harry and Meghan gave their brand a facelift with a revamped website amid their feud with the royal family. But oh boy, was it controversial! They stuck with the Sussex title; let’s face it, it didn’t get a good reception. Although the Duke’s latest visit to the King sparked reconciliation rumours, there seems to be no respite. Alas, the Royal Family may plan on sending a ‘secret weapon’ to deal with the drama! What could it be?
Prince Harry: Princess Anne to Save the Day?
Prince Harry and Meghan‘s petty moves to belittle the royals haven’t gone like a smooth glass of wine at a royal banquet. However, if King Charles plans to squash the beef, royal columnist Sarah Vine knows just the right person. The Royal expert nominated Princess Anne, who can “sort out” the rift and reunite the family.
Princess Anne is King Charles’ sister and a dear aunt to both the Princes. In an interview with Jo Elvin, Vine lauded the Princess Royal, “We know how no-nonsense she is.” Moreover, she expressed that the Royals should send Anne to deal with Prince Harry and Meghan. The royal-know-all cited, “Because if you got a call from Princess Anne, you’d sit up jolly straight.”
Additionally, Sarah continued, “If I were the King, I’d say ”Anne, please just go and deal with them.” But why Princess Anne, you ask? Apart from being a workaholic in the royal space, she has a soft spot for Prince Harry. Despite not being happy with Harry’s recent antics, she still holds the lad very dear.
Prince Harry spewed hatred for his brother and father, citing his troublesome relationship with both in his memoir, ”Spare.” Furthermore, expert Jennie Bond spilled to OK! Magazine that Anne is as blunt as a butter knife and doesn’t hold back. However, she was “absolutely furious with Duke for upsetting her mother, his grandmother, so much in her last years.” Bond added.
So, it looks like Anne is not the one to mess with. And if anyone can bring the royal gang back together, it’s her. Will Anne be the ‘secret weapon’ to save the day? What do you think?
