However, nobody is lifting her spirits in her ongoing divorce battle with Aaron Phypers! The divorce battle has been going on in full flow since last July. Moreover, the case has taken unexpected turns.

The law enforcement had indicted Aaron on charges of domestic violence and much more. However, they had to release him on a $200,000 bail. For some time, the verdict was leaning in Denise’s favor, as she received a temporary restraining order against him until 2030. However, he pleaded not guilty and filed a civil court case seeking spousal support. The court was shocked, leading to Denise’s meltdown!

A widower named Rupert has made sure to expose RHOBH fame, Aaron’s fallacy. He had filed a lawsuit against Aaron and his wellness clinic after his wife died. The couple went to the aforementioned wellness clinic to seek treatment for the wife’s sarcoma cancer. Phypers had allegedly, very confidently claimed that the treatment would either “cure or at least ameliorate” her condition.

Moreover, he claimed that if the treatment didn’t work, he would return 50% of what they paid, which was already a hefty amount. After a few rounds of treatments, her condition worsened as she had more tumors than before. But Aaron still didn’t return the money. So the husband filed a lawsuit and won. Now, the court has ordered Phypers to pay  $160k to Rupert.

RHOBH star Denise Richards’ divorce battle with Aaron Phypers has taken a darker turn. The court has ordered her to pay spousal support of $5k per month to Aaron. Although it is a temporary order, she is understandably not okay with this ruling. Sources close to her have reported about her furious emotional meltdown after the court ordered her to do so!

Moreover, the judge even ordered her to pay him an additional $10k for the months of March, April, and May, each for covering his attorney fees. Denise is understandably furious and utterly disappointed in the system. A source close to her said, “She feels like the system and the ruling are totally unfair and she’s now terrified that Phypers might get even more the next time.”

However, these circumstances have only motivated Denise more to fight him tooth and nail. This situation will be a treasure trove for her attorneys, but she will be drowning in financial nightmares of bank statements. Apparently, “Aaron is rubbing this in her face and taunting her, bragging how he’s going to get way more, that she owes him, and he will make her pay up.”
