She recalled being so broken that after much time, she had to turn to grief counseling. Therefore, regarding Marcus’ state of mind and heart, she kindly arranged therapy sessions for him. Moreover, she revealed that she had considered suspending Marcus after their conversation. “When somebody is struggling, you need to bolster them. You can’t take anything more away,” she stated.
