Basically, a big chunk of Hollywood appeared at Kathy Hilton’s famous Aspen holiday party. So did Kathy’s sister, Kyle Richards, and her former brother-in-law, Mauricio Umansky. The two had separated long ago. However, Kyle still seems to harbor feelings for her longtime husband. They even appeared to be on cordial terms during their daughter’s wedding. However, what went down at Kathy’s New Year’s party left many shellshocked.

The former couple appeared very close and intimate. Moreover, all throughout the night, many people witnessed them getting cozy and touchy with each other. According to several insiders, they only had eyes for each other. Apparently, they tended to each other all throughout the party. Needless to say, this immediately sparked their reconciliation rumors. However, the two remain separated to this day.

RHOBH: Mauricio Umansky’s Family Sues His Dad’s Ex For Elderly Financial Abuse!

RHOBH fame Mauricio Umansky is a blingy name in LA’s luxury real estate industry. The real estate gene seems to have been in the family before Mauricio’s generation. He undoubtedly took after his father, Eduardo Umansky. He, too, was a prominent figure in the real estate industry in the United States. However, recently he retired.

Mauricio went out of his father’s shadow to build The Agency, a high-profile real estate brokerage firm. Now, the firm deals globally. Umansky Sr had to step down from his career due to his old age. Eduardo’s old age led him to a cognitive decline, which greatly interfered with his work and his career. Thus, retirement was necessary.

However, his then-girlfriend decided to take advantage of this very situation to drain Umansky Sr’s finances. Therefore, Umanky’s family has now sued this ex, Simin Tabibnia, for elderly financial abuse. Apparently, Simin coerced Eduardo to pay $22,750 in 2022, $153,314 in 2023, and $225K in 2024. This brings the total to $401,064.

Moreover, when the family began looking more closely at their expenses, she broke up with Eduardo. Later, she filed a restraining order against him, claiming DV. Mauricio’s sister, Sharom, has filed a claim that what was supposed to be $1.2 million in Eduardo’s retirement account went down to $610,000.
