Jenn asked several questions about the ongoing rumors and controversies about Amos. She also questioned the latter about his marriages. Meri’s new beau was quick to reveal that he has been married only “three” times in his life, and all the speculations were false.
Not only this, but Jenn also asked if Amos was bothered because Meri comes from a chaotic background. As she has been in a polygamous family for almost three decades and recently ended her marriage, Jenn was curious to know if Amos saw all these things as a red flag.
Amos smiled and then admitted that, initially, it did seem like a “red flag.” He further looked into Meri’s eyes and stated that it was a “little bit” bothersome for him. The lone wolf was quick to chime in and explain how Amos talked about being a private person.

Fans recently got to know about Amos’ past. Several sources confirmed that he had filed for bankruptcy on May 8, 2000. It was during his second marriage, and he filed it under Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Phoenix, Arizona. Apparently, it ran for about 4 months until it was finally closed on September 26, 2000.
After these shocking revelations, Jenn asked Meri and Amos about how many bankruptcies they had filed for in their lives. Both of them were quick to answer “one.” The Sister Wives star added, “Y’all, bankruptcies aren’t really a big deal!.”
Amos added that his bankruptcy incident took place around “25 years ago.” However, Meri seemed to be least bothered about his financial background. She said, “Listen, everybody has been through issues before.”
Meri believes that no one cares about how many bankruptcies a person has had in the past. She insisted, ” It doesn’t even matter.” The lone wolf believes, “It doesn’t define who you are.” The celeb stated that how a person is in their present means everything.
