The latest season featured Kody in a state of crisis where he had three failed marriages to deal with. He was evidently frustrated and wasn’t able to control his calm during the entire Sister Wives Tell All segment. This was further added up with David Woolley’s debut, which again gaslighted his anger.
Kody ended up using Robyn’s name just to discredit David Woolley. He explained that before marrying his fourth wife, he checked if she was leaving her husband for a valid reason or not. As per Soapdirt, Kody stated that he wanted to make sure that Robyn wasn’t leaving a good man because of him.
In reference to this, Kody believed that Christine was trying to make him look like the bad guy so that David Woolley would walk down the aisle with her. He added, “David doesn’t feel like he can marry her because she left a good man.” The Sister Wives celeb further stated that he is a “good” man and it was just a bad marriage!
Amid all this, Sukanya was quick to state that none of it mattered to David. She explained to Kody that Woolley doesn’t have any ill feelings for him, and he simply considers him Christine’s ex-husband. Kody was evidently in shock after this revelation, as he perhaps didn’t expect such a neutral reply.
Sister Wives: David Didn’t Fall For Kody’s Bait, Won Many Hearts Instead
Fans wouldn’t have been surprised if David talked ill about Kody. Apparently, he would also have watched Sister Wives in the past and would have also heard Christine’s point of view. Hence, viewers felt that there was a fair chance of Woolley not having a great opinion about Kody.
During the recent Tell All episode, Sukanya asked David about his feelings for Kody. She wondered if his opinion had changed after meeting Christine or if it was still the same. Apparently, Woolley decided to deal with the question with utmost grace and won many hearts!
David feels that Kody is someone who “wears his emotions on his sleeve.” He added, “And sometimes you’ve got to not— but that’s him.” Woolley admitted that he could not say much or differently because that’s how Kody is, and that’s how he has always been.
Amid all this, David was sure that he could never become like this. He explained that things can surely be “overwhelming” at times. But Woolley believes that for him, his children would always come first, and there is no second thought about that.
