Kody Brown and the Sister Wives didn’t just dominate the screen with their family dynamics but other life updates, too. For instance, when the family moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, a few years ago, they invested in some land. Together, all five of them purchased a few acres in an area called Coyote Pass.
Alas, a lot of time has passed, and Janelle seems to be the only person who remains interested in building there. Even Kody seems to have given up on the idea of building a new home there. In fact, he may have admitted so in a new episode! So, what exactly did he say?
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Doesn’t Want To Build On Coyote Pass Anymore?
The latest season of Sister Wives has come to an end, and fans clearly haven’t gotten enough. So, TLC has been coming up with special segments to entertain them further. As of now, the network is airing the “Look Back” special. In it, the main cast members, i.e., Kody, Robyn, Christine, Janelle, and Meri, are watching segments from the show and reviewing them.
There was also a part when the cast members also saw some memes from the internet. One of them from Starcasm featured a very futuristic version of Flagstaff with Skyscrapers, but the land in front of it remained the same. It said this is what Coyote Pass would look like in 2073. Janelle laughed at this picture while saying she had seen it before on Twitter and added, “underdeveloped.”
Moreover, Christine also had a laugh while reading out loud the “Some things will never change” hashtag. Kody and Robyn also shared their opinion about the same. Kody also said that they might not ever build on it, and it will “look the same” because “enough” has happened. So, Sister Wives fans were bewildered as they had so many dreams of building on the same.
But now it looks like the head of the Brown family doesn’t seem serious about the future of the land. Janelle also had a breakdown in the latest season as nobody else wanted to go ahead about the plans to build there. Now that Kody has officially made a statement about the same, fans are sure that in the coming years, there will be no developments there.
Sister Wives: Kody & Robyn Are Revamping Their Old Home! Won’t Build On Coyote Pass?
Apart from Kody being unsure about Coyote Pass’ future plans, he and Janelle cleared the dues of it in June. Since then, there has been no progress in the land. But documents revealed that the ex-polygamist and Robyn are now revamping their old Flagstaff home. They have a residential self-issue permit for the next six months until June 2024.
The couple wants to upgrade their “mechanical equipment,” “panels” and also their “water heater. So, Kody and Robyn have started work for the same. The Sister Wives fans were surprised over this as they felt the couple should have used their money on the new plot instead of bringing about these many new changes at their home.
