The fans might note that Kody threatened Robyn to divorce her because she was in favor of renting a property rather than purchasing it. Apart from this, Kody also bought a good deal of land beside the house. Not to mention, the land remains unused and lying without any purpose.
The fans might remember that Kody also purchased a Coyote Pass property to build homes for all his homes. However, it stands unused. It’s unarguably part of the $1.8 million Kody has spent on homes in Flagstaff. This makes it clear why the Brown family is living under mounting financial debt.
Robyn Snubs His Other Sister Wives, Purchases Multiple Properties With Robyn
The Brown family used to live in Las Vegas before they moved to Flagstaff. Before moving to a new place, the four sister wives sold their respective properties. After coming to Arizona, Robyn went ahead and invested in a new location. According to a news website SFGATE, Robyn and Kody purchased the plush five-bedroom residence on 4 acres for $890,000. And it seems that Robyn is in no mood to do anything with that land investment.
Kody Brown’s 2.42-acre Coyote Pass property does remain unused. However, it offers views of the San Francisco Peaks, and it is located minutes from Flagstaff. Although it’s not clear as to when Kody bought it, it had last been on the market in 2016 for $222,900. He and Robyn purchase two separate parcels of land – the 4.48 acre land for $180,000 and the 2.42-acre one for $170,000.
After all this accumulated property, the fans wonder as to what Kody would do with these separate land estates. While he’s aspiring to reunite his family with a mega house, the sister wives are against the idea.
