Sister Wives: Meri Is Excited To Spend Time With Kody
In Sunday’s episode, we saw Meri getting excited for her date with her husband. They planned an outing after a long time to rekindle old sparks and connections. The date was scheduled as a celebration of their 30th anniversary and togetherness. Also, the mother of two said that she was excited to hang out with Kody, as reported by People.
Meri said, “You know, I don’t know what we’re going to do, we’re just going to kind of wing it, but I’m excited to spend some time with him, honestly.” Meri seemed very hopeful at this lovely occasion of their anniversary. But it seems like Kody does not want to mend his relationship with his wife after what he said this weekend.

Talking to the cameras, the family man said that they have long faced issues in their plural marriage. He mentioned that he and Meri had problems like this long before Janelle even joined their family. But the catfishing scandal was what really woke them up to the state of their actual situation.
He even said that they went a couple of years on a lot of counseling and therapies. But nothing is working. Kody also made a big revelation that he is not even sleeping with Meri for a while now. There is nothing like a ‘Sexual Relationship’ that is between them. Kody went on to say that he is ‘looking for a spark,’ something to initiate some form of desire for a relationship with each other. And in this time, it has never manifested, he said.

To Kody’s confessions, Meri disagreed. The wife said to him, “speak for yourself.” She revealed that she does have a strong draw towards him, but she does not act on that because she knows how he would feel. The 52-year-old star added that she couldn’t make him care for her. “I can’t change that,” she clarified.
Revealing in a confessional interview, Meri Brown said she had tried initiating a romance with her husband but that it wasn’t received well by him. She mentioned that Kody said to her, ‘You just need to make it known. You need to flirt with me’. However, Meri said that she still does not want to give up. She will keep trying and keeping failing if need be.
