The card also said, “Please bring me pink & white sparkly countertops with rounded edges. Oh, and a new BFF.” She mentioned how her best friend Jenn sent it to her.
After realizing how Meri had talked about hating pink and sparkly things and wanting a particular countertop with her best friend, Blair. So, they realized it was an inside joke between them that they made a postcard ornament out of. Chances are there is an inside joke associated with her new name as well.
