The Brown family isn’t like any other conventional family. Kody Brown has four Sister Wives and a total of 18 children from them. However, despite having the responsibilities of all these kids, the TLC star still desires to have more. His youngest wife, Robyn, has been thinking about the idea as she’s getting older now. Yet, the two of them now have a range of opinions about whether on not they should expand their family any further. Here’s everything you need to know about the same.
Sister Wives: Kody & Robyn Discuss Another Baby, Want To Have 19th Baby
The Sister Wives patriarch has a total of 18 children from his four brides. While first wife Meri only has a daughter with him, the second and third wives, Janelle and Christine, respectively have six kids each. On the other hand, Kody’s fourth and youngest wife, Robyn, has a total of five children. This includes three children from her previous marriage and a 9-year-old son, and a 5-year-old daughter that she shared with Kody Brown. However, despite having all these responsibilities, the 52-year-old celebrity isn’t giving up on having more kids.
Even in the past, Kody suggested the idea to his fourth wife. However, Robyn called him a ‘jerk’ for wanting to have kids younger than his grandchildren. Well, it seems like the opinions have changed now. Based on an exclusive sneak peek by People, Robyn suggested the idea of having another baby. The couple talks about how they had a conversation about being “done” on kids after youngest child Ariella. Robyn mentions that she is 41 years old now and has her own biological clock. Hence, the two of them can’t stall things out if they actually wish to expand their family.
On the other hand, Robyn wants commitment if they’re having another one. As a result, Kody talks about how he’s been fathering since he was 26 and is still fond of children. However, he still mentions that it’s mentally exhausting. While the Brown family dad was more in favor of being ‘done’ with expanding his family, Robyn talked about how she wants to have as many children as she’s supposed to have. On the other hand, Kody pushed the idea of having a life with his wife that’s not just about the kids. The confusing conversation continued for a while, and none of them reached a conclusive decision.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Suggests He Wants To Adopt A Child
Robyn seemed to have some contrasting views about the big decision. While she was still comforted to hear her husband’s words, the 41-year-old mom wants to have a little dark-haired boy. Well, given that most of their children have been blonde-haired like their father, Kody doesn’t think they’d have dark hair. However, if that’s what his wife wants, the Sister Wives husband might even opt for adoption. He later said that he never pursued that idea before because he and his wives were already having their own children. As of now, since the situation persists, he might adopt a dark-haired little boy now.
Yet, neither Robyn nor Kody are sure about what they want to do at this point. Even though they are considering the idea of adoption now, the two of them still need more time to think about it.
