In a recent Instagram post, Kayla had announced she was expecting for the third time. She also revealed her baby’s father. He was her new boyfriend, Ryan Leigh. Fans were curious about him since he would be Kayla’s new baby’s dad. Thankfully, Kayla gave some answers to the fan queries.
Former Teen Mom star Kayla had done a Q&A session in January 2024 on Youtube. She had answered fan questions about her personal life. Many fans had asked Kayla about Ryan as well. They wanted to know how long the two had been together. Fans were curious about when Ryan and Kayla had started dating. There were already rumors speculating their pregnancy before their annoucement.
Kayla revealed that she and Ryan had been dating for “over a year.” She had wanted to keep the relationship private, which is why the fans think it is a new one. Kayla had made her relationship official on Instagram just “a few months ago.” She reasoned that she had wanted to “enjoy the relationship in private.”
But fans might recall that Ryan has been in her life before. The star revealed in the October 2021 MTV show episodes that she had dated him for some months in high school. Kayla had been on a break with Stephen Alexander, Isaiah’s father, then.

Teen Mom: Kayla Does A Gender Reveal For Baby #3!
Kayla had announced her third pregnancy on Instagram. And now she has also revealed the gender of her baby. The Teen Mom star posted the gender reveal video on her YouTube. It was a pumpkin-theme party with a huge arch made of orange balloons as the family stood before it. She also kept two pumpkins with the phrase – “It’s A” carved into them. Her and Ryan’s kids were also in the video.
The kids stood beside their parents, who were lighting the pumpkin. Consequently, a blue flame from the pumpkin indicated the baby was a boy. The news relieved Ryan, but the kids ignored it. They were bust struggling with the confetti cannons, so Ryan helped them. Blue confetti came out of the cannons, and the kids understood.
However, Kayla’s daughter Ariah began to cry because she wanted a girl. But Kayla comforted her by saying she would be the family “princess” now. The star also shared ultrasound photos with the party photos. She told the fans in the caption that she couldn’t “wait to meet” the baby.
