In fact, her ex filed an emergency motion against her to stop these meetings. According to him, James isn’t safe around his mother. The Teen Mom star was having a good time at a hotel with her son. However, the little one fell from the hotel bed and bit his lips during a video call with Andrew. Further, Amber’s ex came to the hotel to get James back from her and had a fight. However, he didn’t do anything for the next 10 days.
According to TheAshleysRealityRoundup, Andrew filed the petition after receiving an email from Amber requesting extra summer break visits with her son. Later, the former came up with an emergency motion to stop her visits. However, the court dismissed his plea after Amber shot back at her ex with all the proof and valid points. Moreover, she also asked for a penalty from the petitioner for a false emergency motion and for wasting everyone’s time. Now it appears that the Teen Mom celeb doesn’t want people to find out about the recent custody battle update. So, Portwood requested the court to conceal all the documents from public access.

Amber Portwood doesn’t want to give Andrew another chance to take her kid away. She came up with a new lawyer, this time to fight against the emergency motion. The Teen Mom star provided all the records of the incident in front of the court during the hearing. She slammed her ex with her document stating that their child falling from the bed was not an emergency. Moreover, she answered the accusations against her for not picking up the call. Amber provided the phone call logs claiming that she replied to Andrew right after 2 minutes, ensuring that her son was okay.
Later on, Amber came up with a heartbreaking post on Instagram expressing her thoughts. She pointed out that the struggle was making her stronger.
