The fandom might know that recently, Jenelle had moved Jace to an unknown facility without informing anyone of his whereabouts.

Even days after that, she never gave any updates about him. Therefore, Ashleigh has now claimed that her recent action of moving her son puts her in contempt of court. According to the court’s custody orders, Jace is now a resident of North Carolina. So, the infamous sister believed that the court would hold Jenelle accountable for this drastic action. Barbara and Andrew have already taken the necessary legal steps to make Jenelle answerable.

Teen Mom celebs Barbara and Andrew had been in a constant state of worry without any news about Jace’s whereabouts and well-being. Jenelle has been desperately trying to get control of the situation, but in the process, she is digging a deeper grave. Her actions have now led to another new motion against her. Both Barbara and Andrew had filed a new motion in court.

The new motion requests that the court hold Jenelle in contempt for violating the pre-existing court custody orders for Jace. According to court documents, both Barbara and Andrew have filed an additional exhibit containing proof that Jenelle allegedly violated the law. The hearing date is the same day they were about to meet in court.

The court scheduled the court hearing for May 26. The pre-existing court custody order at play here is the 2023 one. In that custody arrangement, Barbara had signed away primary custody to Jenelle, while secondary custody remained with her. Moreover, those custody arrangements granted Barbara at least one weekend a month for a visit.

It also granted her the right to regular phone calls. However, Jenelle had broken that rule when she barred all of Jace’s support system from reaching him.
