Further, she conveyed that the new house has a fully furnished basement which is beneficial as their kids grow older. According to real estate records attained by TheSun, the couple’s new house in Michigan is valued at $435k.
The mansion has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with lots of extra space. It is also custom-built with wooden floors, crystal chandeliers, and high ceilings. The main floor accommodates a bedroom, sitting room, full bathroom, a fireplace, and a laundry room with counter space. Moreover, the second floor consists of a master bedroom with an installed walk-in closet private bathroom with a jacuzzi and tub shower. Further, the basement of the Teen Mom couple’s new house has another big room and a second kitchen. Sounds dreamy, doesn’t it?
The Michigan mansion also has two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Their home covers 6 acres of land, including the house, a big pond, a barn, and a cabin. The place is ideal for the Teen Mom couple as they own farm animals. Tyler has his name on the deed of the house, which is third in his name. Apart from their new place and the one they are currently living in, he owned a home in Burtchville, Michigan, which he later sold off. However, Catelynn and Tyler also face a federal tax lien for 2018, which remains unpaid per the court records.
