But one critic raised Kailyn’s hackles as they questioned her son Rio’s paternity.
Kailyn had kept her pregnancy with Rio a secret. She had revealed about his birth a little before announcing her pregnancy with the twins. And now, in her new Q&A session, a critic took Kailyn’s insistence as a license for trolling the star. They doubted Elijah being Rio’s father because Kailyn’s pregnancy “timeline” didn’t match.
The MTV star was, of course, angry, but she sneakily handled the trolling. Kailyn responded by posting a picture of herself and Elijah on her story. The couple was out for dinner, sitting at a table. She had added a long text addressing the “hater.” Kail sarcastically thanked them for “always interacting” in the sessions.
Kailyn had clapped back at the critic. The Teen Mom star wrote that there was never a “question” of paternity. She also talked about her timeline being correct. And then, she advised the critic to verify their information and the sources.

The Teen Mom star had let Elijah answer the question. She recorded her boyfriend as he replied, “What kind of question is that?”. Clearly, Elijah didn’t like the implication. So, the fans started to wonder if any more babies were on the way. Elijah’s reply certainly indicated that.
After posting the clip on Reddit, a fan noted, “She’s probably pregnant again already.” Many fans agree. Some even think that she might keep those pregnancies a secret as well. A few fans also think this is a ploy by the reality star to create a drama.
