Jenelle Evans is going through some very hard times. She was a part of her son Jace’s assault case. And when that ended, she got into another case. The Teen Mom star is divorcing her husband David. She mentioned his “excessive” drinking and erratic behavior as one of the reasons for divorce.
The star often talks to her fans on social media. She loves to share updates from her life and give glimpses of new life events. Jenelle uses both TikTok and Instagram for this purpose. Fans also tune in to the star’s account and listen to her talk. They have often received updates on Jenelle. And recently, the star also revealed why she can’t divorce David for at least a year.
Jenelle did a Q&A session on Instagram and then posted stories for the replies. One fan asked her why she wasn’t skipping the separation part. They also wondered why she wasn’t heading straight to an official divorce. So, Jenelle revealed the reason, saying she couldn’t do so because of North Carolina laws.
The Teen Mom star revealed that she would love to do just that. However, according to North Carolina laws, she and David must be “legally” separate “for a year.” They also need to “prove” that they have “separate addresses,” but they don’t need to file it. Jenelle and David have done that, but neither of them “wants to leave” the house. So it can’t happen.
Teen Mom: David Threatens Airing Out Jenelle’s “Dirty Laundry”
While Jenelle is telling the fans all about David’s bad behavior, the latter is taking his own shots. He has threatened his soon-to-be ex-wife on social media. And even his threat is typical of David’s fashion.
The Teen Mom star took to Facebook on Tuesday to reveal his message to the fans and Jenelle. He asked the fans if they were interested in seeing “more of Jenelle’s dirty laundry.” The star then added that he would be airing it soon. He also warned the fans, but he soon deleted the message.
David sarcastically warned the fans that his soon-to-be ex-wife hadn’t “done laundry in 7 months.” But he quickly deleted his message. However, the fans still clapped back, saying they couldn’t “stand” him.
