Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans’ life is no less than a high-voltage drama show. Every other day, there is something or the other happening in her life. This time around, her ex-boyfriend and she is at loggerheads for physical assault, and the case has even reached the police. Jenelle shared that her boyfriend is refusing to give her back her belongings. She also accused him of hitting her. She further added that he bruised one side of her face.
August Keen was previously Jenelle’s manager. The duo dated for a while but had a very ugly breakup. Jenelle accused August of cheating, and the latter even got a restraining order against her. August, whose real name is Daniel Miranda, got into an altercation on January 18, 2025, during a birthday celebration at a friend’s house. Jenelle recently came for the police in interrogation and revealed a lot of details from the night.

Jenelle Evans’ parents separated when she was very young. After that, her mom shifted to North Carolina and they lost contact with her dad. Her sister Ashleigh revealed in a Facebook post that he passed away peacefully after a battle with lung cancer. Ashleigh has now deleted the post. She further accused Jenelle of being selfish and inconsiderate.
Ashleigh revealed that Jenelle fought with her over the post. She further accused Jenelle of not understanding that people grieve differently. Ashleigh later blocked Jenelle and left social media to protect her mental health. She added that her brother would talk about Jenelle on a YouTube video.
Teen Mom: Jenelle Evans Told Police That August Keen Bruised One Side Of Her Face
Jenelle Evans and August Keen were madly in love at one moment and fighting like cats and dogs at the next. She told the police officials that he hit her at the party and bruised her face on one side of her face. Jenelle further added that August was drinking that night. He took her purse during the altercation and ran away.
It is still unclear what exactly happened that night, but the officials are working on it. Jenelle further elaborated that after returning from the party, she had been frantically trying to contact August to get her belongings back. She had a flight to Las Vegas and needed the documents. As of now. August has still not returned her purse and items.
The U.S. Sun previously reported that August got a restraining order against Jenelle. He submitted the restraining order via e-file on January 20, just two days after the altercation. August accused her of running a hate campaign against him to ruin his reputation. He also called her a “dangerous woman with malicious intent.” Jenelle also plans to get a retraining against August, but no one is sure if she filed it.
Over the summer, Jenelle moved from North Carolina to Las Vegas, which is near where August lives. However, it seems like she just invited trouble.
